Wendy bought Chill Tubs ice bath from TICRA Maastricht and has used the outdoor bath almost daily ever since. Her experience with TICRA was extremely positive. During her visit to our Maastricht showroom, she was looking for an ice bath that would fit under her canopy as well as looking beautiful. ‘They take the time for you at TICRA and respond promptly to aftersales queries too’, says Wendy.

‘The delivery was swift and on the agreed day and time. Unfortunately, the driver didn't bother to call and the bath was just stood outside the door.’ Fortunately, the ice bath is lightweight and was soon in position under the canopy. ‘The ice bath does what it’s meant to do. It stays perfectly at the right temperature and the quality is good. In short, I love it!’ says Wendy.

The reactions from her friends and family are mixed: ‘One loves it and the other wonders whether we’re right in the head!’
