Ice baths maintanance

The water in the Chill Tub is kept clean by the built-in ozone and filtration system. You’ll need to change the water every 8-12 weeks, depending on how often the bath has been used and how the water looks. The only product to which this doesn’t apply is the Chill Tub Essential Pod, because this inflatable Chill Tub variant doesn’t feature an ozone and filtration system. The water should be changed every few days, depending on how often the bath has been used and how the water looks.

Changing the water

You’ll need to change the water in your Chill Tub Lite, Original or Pro every 8-12 weeks. To do so, switch off your ice bath’s power and allow the water to drain away by connecting a garden hose to the hose of the bath and sliding open the ball valve. Wipe the inside clean with a dry cloth (don't use any chemicals such as cleaning agents for this). Then close the ball valve and use a garden hose to refill the bath with water. Last but not least, the power can be reconnected and the bath set to the desired temperature. .

Changing the filter

The filter should be replaced every three months. We would recommend cleaning the filter once a month and checking for accumulation on a weekly basis, as the Chill Tub runs 24 hours a day. We recommend the Chill Tub filter. Switch off the Chill Tub before you clean or replace the filter. Read the instruction manual of the Chill Tub to see how to replace the filter.
