Transport including unloading of your hot tub is free of charge within the Netherlands (including the Wadden Islands) and Belgium. The products are normally delivered 'to the door'. Specific arrangements can be made in advance for delivery and possible installation at the exact destination address (in the garden or at another specific location). In some cases, delivery using a crane might be appropriate, depending on what was agreed upon at the time of ordering.
Special transport
If the hot tub will need to be hoisted over something, such as over a house, hedge or fence, Ticra Outdoor can also take care of this for you. We are able to provide a crane service nationwide at reduced rates and install a hot tub or sauna in the right place first time.

European deliveries
Our regular carrier services make it possible to transport your hot tub to another country within Europe at a very reasonable price, such as if you’d like the product installed at a holiday home. We have a lot of experience when it comes to delivering hot tubs in France, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria and Spain. Please enquire about the current rates for transport to your location within Europe.
