- All TICRA products have an exceptionally long lifespan due to the high quality of the materials used.
TICRA only uses FSC-certified wood.
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international certification for paper and wood, supported by governments, businesses, and environmental organizations. It sets strict requirements for sustainable and socially responsible forest management. The FSC label appears on solid wood products as well as on products containing wood or wood fibers, such as plywood, parquet, doors, and even firewood.
At TICRA Outdoor, we believe it is crucial that the wood we use comes from sustainably managed forests. Forests are vital to both people and animals that depend on them, either directly or indirectly. They are a source of biodiversity and essential for a stable climate. That is why all the wood we use is FSC-certified—because forests may be our most precious asset!
Recyclable plastics
The plastics used in our products, particularly in hot tubs, are made as recyclable as possible. We strive for 100%!
The plastics in the Welltub and Nordic hot tubs are fully recyclable. Skargards is also actively working on this development, so we expect an update soon.
The interior of our Hikki hot tubs is made from aluminum. Aluminum is a strong, lightweight, and extremely durable material. It is also 100% recyclable. Unlike many other materials, aluminum does not lose its properties during the recycling process. This means it can be recycled endlessly without any loss of quality.
