FAQs on payment

Our webshop allows you to pay using the payment method of your choice: iDeal, credit card, PayPal, SEPA bank transfer, SOFORT Banking/Klarna, Bancontact, Eps, Giropay, CBC, KBC, Belfius Pay Button or by bank transfer.

You can also choose to pay a deposit, with the remainder being paid by debit card on delivery or by bank transfer 5 working days prior to delivery (due to scheduling of carrier). 

It’s not possible to pay your order afterwards, except when using the Klarna payment method. In many cases, it’s possible to pay (in whole or the remaining balance) for your order by debit card on delivery, if you wish. 

You can pay in instalments, i.e. a deposit at the time of placing your order and a final payment before prior to or on delivery. 

Cash payments are not our preference. For further information on this, please get in touch with one of our sales advisors. 

In the event of cancelling or returning an order, you can expect a refund to your account within a few days. 

You will receive your invoice from us by e-mail and by post if you wish.
