We might have to charge a cancellation fee. This will depend on the costs already incurred by us for the purposes of fulfilling your specific order. On this, please see the following information in our General Terms and Conditions:

If the purchaser cancels all or part of an order placed, the ordered or prepared items, plus any supply, removal and delivery costs thereof and the labour time reserved for the execution of the agreement, shall be charged in full to the purchaser. The cancellation fee will be a minimum of 15% of the order amount. 

Within a few working days of processing a cancellation or return, the balance of a deposit (partial or full) less any cancellation fee will be refunded to your account. 

The following information on returns features in our General Terms and Conditions:

If the counterparty is not satisfied with the item, it is possible to return the item in good condition and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery and after written confirmation is provided by Ticra, on the proviso that the item is unused and undamaged. Any prepayment made for the returned items shall be reimbursed to the counterparty by Ticra within 30 days at most. The purchaser himself must ensure prepaid return of the item. This cooling-off period shall not apply in the following cases:

  • purchases that have been specially made to order;
  • purchases that must be built on location;
  • purchases that cannot reasonably be installed without machinery, tools or other ancillary equipment.
