Warranty on TICRA outdoor saunas

Here at Ticra, you’ll be given a 2-year warranty on all our saunas as standard.
There’s even a 5-year warranty on our Red Cedar and White Cedar saunas!

The warranty on the sauna stove depends on the brand. The Helo and Harvia stoves have a 2-year warranty and the Huum heaters have a 3-year warranty. A 1-year warranty applies to all brands of sauna stove/heater in the case of commercial use.
