The Finnish kota is a Scandinavian garden house with a history of traditions from Finland. The Finnish kota has its origins in the Sami people, the indigenous people of Lapland. This traditional Scandinavian accommodation played an important role in their culture. The kota is now known for its cosiness. Its round shape and wooden interior give it a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and socialising with friends and family.
The Finnish kota is very versatile. It can serve as an outdoor kitchen in which to light the barbecue, even in weather that’s not as favourable. Or use the fireplace as a heat source to enjoy a crackling fire during the colder months. Use the Finnish kota as a sauna, office or treatment room. These unique garden houses even lend themselves to being used as holiday accommodation units.
Finally, a Finnish kota is easy to install. The garden house is easy to install in most outdoor spaces. The Finnish kota comes as an easy-to-assemble construction package. Our experienced installation technicians are on hand to build your garden house if you prefer!
