The Neptune outdoor sauna features black metal exterior cladding, EPDM on the roof and a Western Red Cedar interior.

Red cedar wood is one of the toughest, most durable varieties of sawn wood. It has a high insulation value, is lightweight and has a natural protection against wood-decay fungi, moulds and insects and an antibacterial effect. In addition to the practical advantages of the wood type, red cedar wood has a beautiful colour and wood texture. The colour of red cedar varies from light amber to deep honey brown. The wood can also be left untreated due to its natural protection. The warm colour will then age over time. If you want to keep the original colour of Red Cedar, we’d advise you to treat the sauna with Osmo wood oil once or twice a year. Red cedar wood also has a distinctive smell. This beautiful fragrance will be released during every sauna session, meaning you can enjoy it for many years to come.
