Why the cedar wood Pure Cube outdoor sauna?

The Pure Cube collection offers outdoor saunas with a modern and contemporary feel. The optional privacy panels and/or mirror glass mean that the sauna can be used in any garden too. The integrated shower room in this outdoor sauna completes the overall picture. There’s no need to shower in advance or to head indoors to do so in between, as the shower is right next to your outdoor sauna!

The sauna features tempered bronze glass windows and door, providing a luxurious feel and a safe experience. Tempered glass is resistant to high temperatures and can withstand a bump, as it is 5x as strong as normal glass. Ideal for an outdoor sauna! The bronze tinted glass also offers extra privacy and lets warm light through while you’re relaxing and enjoying the warmth.

Our red cedar wood outdoor sauna is made exclusively of single-piece beams. The wood comes from second-generation trees, which are replanted immediately after felling. The wood is dried to a moisture content level below 12%. This ensures minimal expansion and contraction in the wood, thereby preventing cracks. Red cedar wood is one of the toughest, most durable varieties of sawn wood. It has a high insulation value, is lightweight and has a natural protection against wood-decay fungi, moulds and insects and an antibacterial effect.

In addition to the practical advantages of the wood type, red cedar wood has a beautiful colour and wood texture. The colour of red cedar varies from light amber to deep honey brown. The wood can also be left untreated due to its natural protection. The warm colour will then age over time. If you want to keep the original colour of Red Cedar, we’d advise you to treat the sauna with Osmo wood oil once or twice a year.
Red cedar wood has a lovely distinctive smell. This beautiful fragrance will be released during every sauna session, meaning you can enjoy it for many years to come. The Pure Cube outdoor sauna comes as an easy-to-assemble construction package. Two people will be able to assemble the barrel sauna with standard tools in just 1 to 2 days.
