Privacy Policy
In this regulation, the following terms are defined as:
- Authority: the supervisory authority as referred to in Article 51 of the GDPR and Article 6 of the Dutch UAVG: the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens);
- Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;
- Special Categories of Personal Data: personal data concerning health, religion, race, political opinions, criminal record, or sexual life of a natural person;
- Processing of Personal Data: any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, including but not limited to the collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, linking, restriction, erasure or destruction of data;
- Filing System: any structured set of personal data that is accessible according to specific criteria, regardless of whether it is centralized or distributed on a functional or geographical basis, relating to different persons;
- Controller: the entity responsible for processing personal data under this regulation, which is Ticra;
- Processor: the party who processes personal data on behalf of the controller based on an agreement and is not under the direct authority of the controller;
- Data Subject: the natural person to whom the personal data relates;
- Third Party: anyone who is not the data subject, the controller, the processor, or someone authorized under the direct authority of the controller or processor to process personal data;
- GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Processing of Personal Data
Ticra may process personal data for the following purposes:
- To offer our services and carry out the assignment(s) you have given us;
- To contact you;
- To issue invoices;
- To comply with legal obligations;
- To inform you about new products and/or offers related to previously purchased products or services;
- If you subscribe to newsletters, we use your data to send them;
- If you apply for a job, we use your data to assess your application and to contact you;
- For market research, possibly based on information obtained via Google Analytics.

Unless otherwise required by law, only those responsible for managing the customer database and those involved in data processing have access to the personal data, including employees and processors working with Ticra.

These tools help us analyze browsing behavior, collect statistics, and send newsletters. These providers have their own privacy statements and are responsible for them.

Ticra stores personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to:

- Transfer your data to another organization;
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
- Request access to your data, and if incorrect, request correction, supplementation, deletion, or restriction. Ticra will respond within four weeks. Rejections will be explained. You may also object to processing based on Ticra's legitimate interest. Ticra will assess the objection within four weeks.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact Ticra via info@ticraoutdoor.com. You also have the right to contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority or a competent court.
Changes to the Privacy Statement
Ticra reserves the right to modify this privacy statement.
